used Future Wash at the SFO location on a Saturday afternoon and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The quality of the wash itself was so poor. My vehicle still had visible dirt, streaks, and water marks throughout, so I ended up needing to clean it again myself. (My car is not even a year old and that wash made it looked like if it had paint issues) When I picked up my vehicle later that day, I discovered a crack in my windshield that was not there before the service. I immediately reported it through the same text message thread we had been using to coordinate the service. After I reported the damage, communication stopped completely. The following morning, they sent photos of my vehicle after the wash ( they usually send pictures right after service and they didn’t this time, after I reported issue the pictures came the thought next day). Those photos did not clearly show the area where the crack is located, and one image appears noticeably distorted in that area, leaving me with more questions than answers. Future Wash is simply the only car wash my old Tesla will visit. Appointments are simple to make online, the service is fast and reasonable, and my car always looks clean and renewed. Plus, the cost cannot be beat especially in this expensive city where a simple car wash can be $100 or more.

I waited sometime to post this but I also went here and was overcharged because I thought it included the subscription sign up in cost but didn’t. More importantly I had a long scratch deep past top coat after the car wash. When I called to complain only about cost and rectify the issue the women was extremely hostile. I decided to let it go a learn a lesson. Do research before letting people wash my car and sign up for cost online without proper guidance. Lesson learned and you will as well when your paint gets scratched.

This place is a joke. I paid $115 plus tip for a full interior/exterior detail, including a specific dog hair removal service, and they "finished" the entire car in 47 minutes. That should have been my first red flag. When I got in the car, the interior was still covered in dog hair and visible spots. To make matters worse, I found bird droppings still stuck to the roof. It’s clear they didn’t even bother to look at the car, let alone clean it. They are happy to take your money but have zero interest in actually doing the work. Save your cash and go to a place that actually understands what "cleaning" means. Incompetent and lazy.

I noticed a long scrape which was not there before the car wash, and this car wash was the first place I stopped. This business gave inconsistent statements about whether or not my vehicle was moved in their care, refused to provide video footage, and declined to address my refund request before closing communication. The physical evidence is consistent with contact from another vehicle, wall, or object while my car was being moved in their care. The damage is a long scrape with paint transfer on the right front bumper, which is a high-exposure contact point in a crowded garage. When I got it checked by an auto body shop, they said it is actually more than just a scrape. He pointed out all the other damage that is from the same impact and said it’s definitely not from a shopping cart like Future Wash claimed. The grill is popped out and scuffed, and there is an air flap error which the auto shop said is right behind the grill. Future Wash first said that the car was not moved at all, then they said that the car was moved by staff. I addressed the inconsistencies and they refused further discussion, cancelled my membership, refused to let me see the footage, ignored my refund, an
